QUALITY MANAGEMENT
The need to apply quality management procedures to today’s remediation and construction industries is essential. Hence, DMG’s quality manual includes procedures on both ISO-9001 and, specifically, ISO-14001 (environmental) standards to address the ever-increasing complexities of permitting, environmental and safety regulations, and public/private funding requirements.
PROCESS ENGINEERING
DMG’s expertise in process engineering gives us the unique ability to create customized process tools and reports for any situation. For example, we have prepared customized tracking tools for insurance claims, urban renewal funds, EPA reports, and cost allocation summaries for potential investors. Our expertise is also beneficial to our contractors in helping identify off budget/schedule conditions by designing tools they can implement to improve their performance.
