Planning a remediation / demolition project is surprisingly more involved than one might think.  It requires the combined efforts, skills, and coordination of a select group of qualified professionals possessing specialized knowledge and years of experience.

Along with input from clients, selected engineers and various professionals, DMG has developed a proprietary program designed specifically to navigate clients through all the steps and complexities associated with remediation / demolition projects.  Our approach combines the guidelines of Quality Management (ISO-9000) and the disciplines of Process Engineering into value added process that delivers projects on time on budget with little to no change orders consistently.

Some key components are:​

  • Due diligence and risk assessment

  • Preparing the scope of work for all professionals and contractors

  • Preparation of the qualification guidelines and scoring for all professionals and contractors

  • Preparation of technical specifications for the bidding process

  • Contract documents and Contract negotiations

  • Value added engineering process

  • It is essentially a turn-key process from due diligence to the start of the project.

  • Comprehensive budgets that include all direct and indirect activities for all contractors and professional support

  • Budget grading (scoring) for each line item to highlight activities of high risk
