Principal owner and DMG founder, Stephen P. Di Nardo, has been involved in planning and managing all aspects of environmental remediation, demolition, and construction projects for more than 25 years. Working on both private and public projects, Stephen has been instrumental in assembling and managing teams on over 80 projects ranging from simple, single structures to complex multiple structural high-profile projects, such as the Children's Hospital and the Mile High Dog Track demolitions. Stephen’s management career includes serving as Operations/General Manager for Optima Batteries, a $60 million industrial manufacturing company where he was responsible for budgeting, capital growth, and quality management – notably acquiring ISO-9001, ISO-14001, and QS-9000 quality management certifications during his tenure.
DMG’s approach incorporates the guidelines of Quality Management (ISO-9000), as well as the disciplines of Process Engineering – such as into industry standard practices, creating a value added systematic approach to project planning, budgeting, and management. This approach enables our clients to thoroughly understand the full scope of work of each project phase, along with the specific risks and costs associated with each individual task. These proprietary processes - in conjunction with quality teaming - provide investors and project managers the assurance they need so they can focus their attention on their particular development project.
